• To troubleshoot technical issues and optimize dashboard responsiveness.

3. Information Protection & Security

We employ high-grade security measures to safeguard your information:

• All user passwords are stored using strong, cryptographic hashing algorithms (bcrypt).
• Secure session settings and global HTTP security headers (including Content Security Policy) protect against unauthorized access and injection attacks.
• Temporary file stores are secured, and access is strictly restricted through authentication tokens.

4. Third-Party Integrations

We partner with selected service providers to deliver key features:

• Meta/WhatsApp Cloud API: Used to dispatch automated expiry notifications and OTP messages.
• Razorpay: Processes subscription payment checkouts securely. Razorpay's use of your personal details is governed by their independent privacy policies.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your account details and documents for as long as your account remains active. You can delete individual documents or request account termination at any time, which permanently removes your records from our databases.
